CRAZY COVID TIMES!!
In the small coastal town of Dunsborough, Western Australia, a unique concept was birthed amidst the tumultuous backdrop of the Covid-19 lockdowns. Gathered around the kitchen bench, a family partnership was formed. Leanne, the visionary and driving force, Caen, the talented artist, and Mike who has no special skills other than being able to add up.
CHALLENGES - NUMEROUS & OVERWHELMING
It's crazy to think that three years ago, Emotiv People was just an idea. Those years were filled with steep learning curves - understanding the intricacies of clothing design, diving deep into the world of fabrics, learning about different printing techniques, finding and partnering with manufactures, and finally negotiating the world of digital marketing. The challenges were numerous, and often overwhelming.
We would be lying if we said at times, it felt as though it would never happen but through persistence and in some cases just plain stubbornness our vision became real.
MERGE THE TATTOO WORLD WITH CLOTHING!
The basic premise was to merge the expressive world of tattoo art with everday clothing such as active and street wear. The symbiotic relationship between tattoo art and apparel felt instinctual. Tattoos are, after all, wearable art - an artist's vision coming to life on the canvas of human skin. Why not extend this canvas to the fabric we wear every day?
Sounds simple but little did we know the challenges that lay ahead.

Every artist lends a unique flair, ensuring that no two ranges are alike.
